The Swallow chopping board is made of melamine and shows the swallow design on one side and a wood effect on the reverse which is the chopping surface. Part of Sandra’s ‘names’ collection, on its decorative side this chopping board includes the Swallow’s latin name – Hirundo rustica – as well as the many other monikers by which it is known!

This beautiful Oystercatcher chopping board features artist Sandra Vick’s black and white design of oystercatchers. Although depicted here in monochrome, oystercatchers’ smart black and white plumage is set off by bright orangey red legs and bills. Its call evokes mysterious moorland, and its wingspan is an impressive 30-odd inches!

This beautiful puffin chopping board features artist Sandra Vick’s black and white design of puffins. Although depicted here in monochrome, puffins are the most colourful of the Auk family of birds. On the endangered species list since 2015, these loyal little birds mate for life but take a break from each other over Winter before reuniting at their breeding grounds in Spring.
