Jacob Pugh crafts each of his birds at his furniture workshop in York with loving attention to the finish.  Bird (Walnut Green) with its acidic green bib is reminiscent of the Greenfinches which we’re lucky enough to see, occasionally, in our Bee Eater HQ garden!

Though happy to nest in a conifer where food is instantly available, Greenfinches also adore black sunflower seeds, and are a frequent visitor to many garden bird tables where they square up to other birds in order to get (more than their) fair share!

Made in solid walnut, Bird (Walnut Green) is delicately balanced so that it can stand upright and fix you with a beady stare, or you can place it beak down as though drinking or feasting, the choice is yours!  Either way, it’s perfect to add a personal touch to your workspace, kitchen, sitting room, study or even the smallest room in the house!
